This is my 6th season as a Sweetheart of the Horseshoe and I simply cannot get enough of cheering for the best team in the NFL!
My favorite memory as a Colts Cheerleader was performing at Super Bowl XLIV! I will never forget the excitement I felt standing on the sidelines at… THE SUPER BOWL; it was truly a surreal experience! I was also fortunate to have participated in some of the Super Bowl XLVI festivities here in Indianapolis and was astonished to see how downtown Indy transformed as the community put on so many memorable events; Hoosier Hospitality at its finest!
One of my favorite parts of game day is knowing that my friends and family are in the stands watching me do what I absolutely love! I am so thankful for my family that comes from Michigan to watch me dance every home game. Without them, it would have been merely impossible to pack up and move to Indy to pursue my dreams and I feel very fortunate to have them in my life!**
The NFL season started this past weekend. What do you look forward to most?**
I absolutely love this time of year! Besides the obvious of watching my favorite team take the field once again, I love that there is always something to do every Sunday, Monday and Thursday; watch football, of course! As a teacher, what advice are you always giving to your students? This is an easy one, as essential as the curriculum is, I believe that great character is just as important! Every chance I get, I try to instill the importance of kindness. There are enough terrible things happening in the world that we cannot control, but we are able to choose how we treat people and there is absolutely no excuse for being unkind. The Colts Cheerleaders held a high school leadership conference this past week. What was your favorite part of this?
It was really nice to talk to the high school girls about what motivates us and to learn a little bit more about what  inspires them. I also really enjoyed hearing my teammates speak; it was interesting to hear about how our paths have led us together as a team and how parallel our goals and aspirations truly are!You played softball at the collegiate level for 2 seasons. Do you still play softball or any other sports outside of cheering?
Honestly, with my schedule at the moment, I am not able to play sports as much as I would like. As soon as things settle down a little bit, whenever that may be, I would love to join a basketball league or something along those lines. Until then, I will stick to squeezing in a game of H.O.R.S.E (or C.O.L.T.S) whenever possible!Your favorite show on television right now is...
I love New Girl! However with the season picking up, I haven't had a chance to watch it, so I will have to wait until it comes out on Netflix. Right now I'll just stick to watching football!
