Carlie Irsay-Gordon Ownership Bio

Carlie Irsay-Gordon will enter her first season as Colts Owner & CEO in 2025, following 13 seasons as vice chair/owner.

Raised in and around the Colts, she worked as an intern in many of the club's departments while pursuing her undergraduate degree in religious studies from Skidmore College. Irsay-Gordon joined the team in 2008 while completing coursework towards a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She has represented the Colts at NFL owners' meetings since 2004 and, along with her sisters Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson, represents a new generation of Colts ownership.

Irsay-Gordon is active in the administration of the NFL as a member of the league's Media Owned & Operated Committee, which oversees all NFL media properties and sets media strategies across the NFL; the 32 Equity Committee, the league's strategic capital fund; the Security & Fan Conduct Committee, as well as several inter-club groups that guide the NFL on wide-ranging initiatives, including business optimization and data governance.

With the Colts, Irsay-Gordon created and oversees the club's Tony Dungy Diversity Coaching Fellowship and Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football programs, which together afford diverse candidates and women the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in the Colts coaching or football operations departments. Irsay-Gordon also serves on the board of the NFL Player Care Foundation, which supports the wellbeing of retired players.

Locally, she serves as chair of the Park Tudor School board of trustees and on the board of the Lake Maxinkuckee Environmental Fund. She previously served on the board of Visit Indy and as co-chair of the Indy Championships Fund. Irsay-Gordon resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Zach Gordon, and three children.
