COLLEGE:
Appeared in 47 career games at Emporia State University (2019-24) and totaled 281 receptions for 3,661 yards (13.0 avg.) and 54 touchdowns. He also completed one 37-yard pass. Finished his career as Emporia State's all-time leader in touchdown receptions.
In 2024, he appeared in all 11 games and tallied 100 receptions for 1,488 yards (14.9 avg.) and 20 touchdowns. Also threw one pass that resulted in a 37-yard completion. He became the first ESU receiver to be named an Associated Press First Team All-America selection. Kahmann led Division II in receptions per game and receiving yards per game. He set the MIAA single-game record for receiving yards when he accumulated 296 yards on 19 receptions with five touchdowns.
As a senior, he saw action in 12 games and recorded 101 receptions for 1,234 yards and 20 touchdowns. He finished the season ranking first in receptions, fifth in receiving yards and fifth in receiving touchdowns in single-season program history. He was named a D2CCA Second Team All-America selection. He was also an Associated Press Second Team All-America honoree. Was a CSC Academic All-America selection.
In 2022, he competed in 12 games and compiled 47 receptions for 536 yards and nine touchdowns. He caught six or more passes in 11 games.
As a sophomore, he played in all 12 games and tallied 33 receptions for 403 yards and five touchdowns. Against Pittsburg State, he recorded a season-high nine receptions for 77 yards and his first career touchdown.
2020 season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
