Appeared in 56 games (20 starts) at Troy (2023-24) and Wofford (2018-22) and registered 95 receptions for 1,661 yards (17.5 avg.) and seven touchdowns. He also contributed as a punter and tallied 45 punts for 1,958 yards (43.5 avg.).
In 2024, he played in all 12 games (10 starts) and recorded 27 receptions for 350 yards.
He saw action in 13 games in 2023 and tallied eight receptions for 128 yards and one touchdown.
In 2022, he competed in all 11 games (10 starts) and registered a team-high 40 receptions for 803 yards and three touchdowns. He also contributed 22 punts for 944 yards (42.9 avg.). He set the school record for single-season receiving yards and his 40 receptions ranked fourth in single-season program history. Among national leaders, he also ranked eighth in yards per reception (20.10).
He appeared in one game in 2021 and hauled in one reception for 71 yards before he suffered a season-ending injury.
In 2020, he earned SSPS FCS Third Team All-America honors after he played in five games as a tight end and recorded eight receptions for 155 yards and two touchdowns. He also recorded 20 punts for 900 yards (45.0 avg.).
He saw action in 10 games in 2019 as a tight end and compiled nine receptions for 121 yards.
In 2018, he competed in four games as a wide receiver and tallied two receptions for 33 years and one touchdown.

As a senior, he recorded 54 receptions for 1,210 yards and 17 touchdowns.
He also punted and returned kicks to earn the Rocky River Conference special teams player of the year award.
Earned all-county, all-region and North Carolina Preps all-state honors.
Also lettered in basketball, baseball and track and field.
He won the Class 2A state championship in the high jump as a senior.
His father, Daren, played football as a punter at South Carolina and set the single-season school record for punting average (44.29 in 1989). He went on to play for the Denver Broncos for one season (1992) and appeared in three games and recorded 12 punts for 491 yards (40.92 avg.).
His mother, Stephanie, played volleyball at South Carolina and graduated as the program's all-time leader in total blocks.
His brother, Austin, was a punter at Duke (2015-19).
