Brown joins the Colts with nine years of coaching experience, most recently serving as the assistant director of human performance for football at TCU (2022-26). Brown previously on the strength and conditioning staffs at Middle Tennessee State (2019-2021), Troy (2019), Washburn (2018-19) and Kansas (2017-18). He was also the Markus Paul Minority Strength and Conditioning Fellow for the Dallas Cowboys during the 2025 offseason program and training camp.
