Brown is in his first season with the Colts as strength and conditioning assistant. He has eight years of collegiate coaching experience. Brown was the Markus Paul Minority Strength and Conditioning Fellow for the Dallas Cowboys during the 2025 offseason program and training camp.

Brown most recently served as the assistant director of human performance for football at Texas Christian University from 2022-26. In his role, he developed and implemented training programs that included speed, agility, conditioning, strength training, injury prevention and flexibility. Brown also presented lifestyle lessons for student-athletes and assisted with sport psychology. He helped guide practice intensities based off data recorded through GPS units.

Prior to TCU, Brown served three years (2019-21) at Middle Tennessee State as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the men's and women's tennis programs while assisting with football. He was a graduate strength and conditioning coach for the Troy University football team in 2019.

In 2018, Brown served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at his alma mater, Washburn University, and worked with multiple sports.

From 2017-18, he was head intern at the University of Kansas.

A native of Topeka, Kan., Brown was a wide receiver at Washburn (2010-16). He played in 23 career games and compiled 10 receptions for 234 yards (23.4 avg.) and one touchdown. Brown also registered 25 carries for 148 yards (5.9 avg.). He graduated from Washburn with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology.

Brown is CSCS, USAW and XPS certified.
