The first 500 fans to click the below button and complete the entry form, will get two tickets to the Colts vs. Green Bay preseason game on August 16th at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Soon after your submission, you will receive an initial email from the Indianapolis Colts confirming your submission. Then, eligible participants will receive an additional email containing a link to claim your tickets for Saturday's game.
