Girls Flag Football | Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts worked with the IHSAA, RCX Sports, USA Football, Nike and several Indiana high schools on the first High School Girls Flag Football League, fueled by Gatorade. In the fall of 2023, eight teams from South Bend and Indianapolis participated in a 4-week program that consisted of three or more regular season games before ending the program with a jamboree at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.

High school girls flag football has had considerable growth across the country. The Colts are committed to supporting the growing sport with the goal of it becoming a sanctioned varsity sport.
