In the team’s 13th year of partnership with LIDS, the Indianapolis Colts helped outfit underprivileged youth with new shoes and warm knit hats for the holiday season at Brookside School 54. Colts players, Cheerleaders, and Blue helped distribute the new apparel.

As part of the #BreakingBarriers initiative Colts players engaged in conversation with local high school students to talk about important topics surrounding social injustice.

This year, the Indianapolis Colts, US Foods, Lucas Oil Products, Meijer, and Citizens Energy Group teamed up to distribute a turkey and all of the Thanksgiving “fixin’s” to 2,000 local families in-need. During the event, Colts players and cheerleaders helped pack and distribute food alongside local volunteers. Food items were distributed through both drive-thru and walk-up stations at the stadium.

On Tuesday, November 13, the Indianapolis Colts partnered with Million Meal Movement, formerly Thrive360º, and Kids Against Hunger of Central Indiana, to fight hunger through the fifth annual Million Meal Marathon event at Lucas Oil Stadium. Colts players and cheerleaders, along with central Indiana area companies and more than 2,500 students and volunteers, joined together to pack meals for Indiana’s food insecure population.
