Colts announce Lucas Oil as Official Global Partner 

This multi-year partnership will connect and engage with fans, businesses and customers in Europe’s DACH region – Germany, Austria and Switzerland

The Indianapolis Colts and Lucas Oil Products today announced a multi-year partnership to connect and engage with fans, businesses and customers in Europe's DACH regionGermany, Austria and Switzerland. The Colts secured marketing rights in the region through the NFL's Global Markets Program, which the team joined in 2024.

As Official Global Partner of the Colts, Lucas Oil will come alongside the team for unique events and opportunities as the Colts prepare to play in the NFL's 2025 Berlin Game in November and continue their engagement and outreach in the DACH region in upcoming seasons.

"This will be an excellent opportunity for both our organizations to engage with new and existing fans in the region, while also helping expose Indiana products and businesses to the world."

As a part of the partnership, Lucas Oil will:

  • Host and sponsor various events in the DACH region, including annual Colts watch parties, fan rallies and gatherings, youth football clinics and more.
  • Host the Colts Fan Headquarters in the region leading up to the team's Nov. 9 game in Berlin, including football-themed fun, giveaways and special guest appearances, as well as interactive games, entertainment and more.
  • Serve as the presenting sponsor of the Colts International Fan of the Year, which is awarded to extraordinary fans around the world who have been positive influences in their communities and inspire others through their love of football. International winners are awarded with an all-expenses paid trip to the NFL Draft. (Lucas Oil also will be the presenting sponsor of the domestic Colts Fan of the Year.)
  • Work with the Colts to showcase the Colts Mobile Tailgate experience, which will visit locations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, promising a unique and memorable experience for all.
  • Present the Colts website for the 2025 Berlin Game, Colts.com/Berlin, as well as unique content on the team's social and digital media in the region on the Instagram handle, @ColtsDE, as well as the team's international and German-language sites – Colts.com/International and Colts.com/fans/international/DACH.
  • Help highlight team mascot "Blue's" international activities and adventures.

The Colts will host the Atlanta Falcons in the 2025 Berlin Game on Nov. 9 at Berlin's historic Olympic Stadium.

Following their 2023 matchup vs. the New England Patriots in Frankfurt, this will mark the Colts' second regular season game in Germany. The Colts will be the first NFL team to play multiple regular season games in Germany.
