Who has access to Colts Connect?

Colts Connect is currently available to each primary season ticket account holder, Blue’s Club member, Blue's Club + member and any ticket purchasers.

How do I download my Colts Connect Pass?
  1. Download or update the Colts mobile app
  2. Log into your Ticketmaster Account Manger via the Colts mobile app
  3. From the Colts app, click on "Colts Connect" button at the top of the menu screen
  4. Add your Colts Connect pass to your mobile wallet

Please note: You must be signed into your Colts account in the app through the Account Manager link to access Colts Connect Pass.

I'm unable to access my Colts Connect Pa

Make sure you are signed into your Ticketmaster account in the Account Manager section of the app. If you are signed in and unable to see your Colts Connect pass, please try logging out of your ticket account and logging back in under the Account Manager section. If you are still unable to access your Colts Connect pass, please contact the ticket office.

Is there a cost for the Colts Connect progra

No. Colts Connect is FREE and exclusively offered to Colts fans

Is my Colts Connect pass transferrable?

No. All incentives, rewards, and experiences associated with Colts Connect are exclusive to the primary account holder and are non-transferrable. Screen shots are not val

How can I utilize the 10% discount?

The program (excluding standard members) offers a 10% discount at Colts Pro Shop year around but it cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Excludes clearance items, newly released products and others.

Colts Pro Shop – Tell the cashier that you have a Colts Connect pass to scan at checkout, and they will tell you when to scan your pass to receive your benefits.

May I bring in my own caterer?

All food and beverage must be provided by the Colts exclusive caterer.

How can I learn about more benefits of Colts Connect?

Make sure you have push notifications turned on for the Colts app. New benefits and special reward notifications will be sent through the app.

Does the food and beverage minimum include tax, service charge, and gratuity?

Tax, service charge, and gratuity are not included in the food and beverage minimum. Gratuity is at your discretion and not expected.

Can I bring in my own cake?

You can bring in your own wedding cake from a licensed baker.

Is linen included with the cost of venue rental?

Linen, china, glass and silver are an additional fee through Club's exclusive caterer.

Is there onsite parking?

Gridiron Hall has 180 dedicated onsite parking spaces and six ADA parking spaces. Additional parking spaces may be available depending on event date, event timing, shuttle service, etc.

What time can I access the space?

Unless otherwise reserved, Gridiron Hall is open for access two hours prior to the event start time unless prior arrangements are made with the Colts.

Can I hire my own vendors?

A list of preferred vendors will be provided once the use agreement is signed. However, food and beverage must be provided by the Colts exclusive caterer. Markey's Audio Visual is exclusive to Gridiron Hall. All rentals must be supplied by our exclusive caterer or Gridiron Hall event management team, this include but not limited to linens, china, chairs, tents, etc. All other vendors such as Florist, DJ, and Photographer are left up to the client. We strongly recommend choosing a vendor that is on our recommended vendor list.

What does your event staff take care of the day of my event?

Gridiron Hall staff is responsible for set-up and take-down of all tables and chairs. They also maintain the facility's cleanliness throughout your event. They are not responsible for catering or dinner service, setting or removing linens, décor set-up, take-down, and packaging of rentals/décor at event end. We recommend an event or wedding planner to oversee those details.

Do I need to purchase event insurance?

A certificate of liability insurance adding Indianapolis Colts as an additional rider is required. Specifics are outlined in the user agreement.

Are my vendors required to provide insurance?

All vendors bringing equipment into our venue must provide the Colts with certificate of liability insurance adding the Indianapolis Colts as an additional rider, no less than $1,000.000. This included but not limited to, Florist, DJ, Bands, Photo booth, etc.
