Colts Breaking Barriers Initiative | Indianapolis Colts - colts.com
Our stories. Our voices. Our choice: Black Lives Matter
Colts players and staff share their stories of racial discrimination and injustice and look to the future of the country in this moment of change.
The entire Colts organization believes we must foster this dialogue and do what we can to inspire positive change throughout our city, state and country.

The #BreakingBarriers initiative will include three components:
Fostering community dialogue. Throughout the year, Colts players, coaches and staff continue to host, take part in and support events that bring people together to discuss important community issues.
Inspiring community members. Throughout the year, the Colts will host and take part in activities that inspire Hoosiers to work toward the important goals of the effort.
Funding community initiatives. The Irsay family and Colts players joined together to form the Players' Action Fund in 2017 to support local nonprofits working in these important areas. The Colts will match contributions to this fund from current and former players up to $250,000. Colts players and staff collaboratively determine the process, timeline and guidelines for the funds. Aside from this fund, the Irsay family also independently supports numerous nonprofits in Indiana that are dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion.
