Colts Fitness Camps
Briefly: This November through March, the Indianapolis Colts along with Riley Children's Hospital, CardioChek and the Indiana Dairy Council Inc. will host 35 free Fitness Camps at area middle schools throughout Central Indiana.
The Indianapolis Colts Youth Football Department along with Riley Hospital for Children, CardioChek and the Indiana Dairy Council Inc. have teamed up to create the Colts Fitness Camp. This camp is geared towards middle school students in grades 6-8. Colts alumni player and Super Bowl XXLI winner Mike Prior teaches students how to workout and live a healthy lifestyle during this hour long school program.

- Students are encouraged to complete a one-month training cycle by following the Colts Fitness Camp Journal

- Upon completion of the month long workout, students should write a one-page essay about how they plan to continue to live a healthy lifestyle from what they learned at the Colts Fitness Camp.
- Prizes will be awarded to the students with the most improvements based on their month long workout and the best essay.
