Indianapolis Colts 2020 Ticket Refund Information

NFL 2020 TICKET REFUND INFORMATION

The NFL is preparing to play the 2020 season as scheduled and with increased protocols and safety measures in place. The league will be prepared to make adjustments as necessary to conduct games in as safe and efficient a manner as possible, based on the latest advice of medical and public health officials and in full compliance with then-current government regulations. 

As such, if a game is canceled and cannot be replayed, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, the following refund policies will apply.

SINGLE GAME TICKETS*

With respect to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster outlets (e.g., Ticketmaster.com, the Ticketmaster mobile application, Ticketmaster-powered Colts ticketing website, and the Colts mobile application), the following refund procedures will apply during the 2020 NFL season:

Full refunds will be available if the NFL or the team cancels a game and it cannot be replayed, or if it is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted.

*The refund policy outlined above applies only to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticket marketplace of the NFL. If you purchase single game tickets through any other ticket vendors (for example, StubHub, Seat Geek, etc.), please review their refund policy prior to making any purchases.

SEASON TICKETS

If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending (for example, if a public authority restricts the size of public gatherings), Colts Season Ticket Members will receive a pro-rata refund of the applicable season ticket purchase price for any affected games, or the option to credit that amount toward future playoff or regular season full season tickets for the 2021 season. Season Ticket Members should contact their Membership Services Manager at the Colts or call 317-297-7000 if they have additional questions on the Season Ticket Member refund policy.

GROUP TICKETS

If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending (for example, if a public authority restricts the size of public gatherings), group ticket holders will receive a refund of their group ticket purchase price for any affected game(s), or the option to credit that amount toward future regular season or playoff games for the 2020 or 2021 season. Group ticket holders should contact their Group Sales Account Manager at the Colts or call 317-297-7000 if they have additional questions on the group refund policy.
