The Colts, their players, coaches and season ticket holders donate thousands of tickets each year.
Each year, the Indianapolis Colts, their players, coaches and season ticket holders provide hundreds of individuals the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets to Colts home games. Through a variety of programs and initiatives, we are dedicated to ensuring that our fans, who may not otherwise have the opportunity, get the chance to enjoy Lucas Oil Stadium and cheer on their favorite team.
Below are a few programs we currently have in place to provide complimentary tickets to non-profit organizations and underserved families in our community.*

How to Get Your Non-Profit Organization to a Colts Game
The following information outlines how to be included in our community ticket block program.
Please keep in mind the following when submitting a request for tickets:
- Ticket requests must be received by July 31st to be considered for the upcoming pre- or regular season tickets. If your request is received after July 31st, your group will be added to the next season's request list.
- All requests must be submitted via this online form. NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee tickets.
- Be sure to include a contact name, daytime phone number, mailing address (NO P.O. Boxes), range of number of tickets you are requesting, and any special needs requirements your group may have (i.e. accessible seating, game time preference, etc.)
- We cannot guarantee that accessible seating will be available for every game, as those seats are limited.
- Typically, if a group receives tickets, they will not receive tickets for another game within the same season
- Request must be resubmitted each year in order to be considered for another season.
- Be flexible. Unfortunately, we often receive charity tickets at the last minute, so your chances are better to receive tickets if you are able to distribute them on short notice.
Player Ticket Blocks*
As part of the Colts Community Ticket Block program, several players/coaches work with a variety of local charities to provide a unique opportunity for the individuals they service. Through the generous donation of Colts players/coaches, it allows youth, adults and families to attend an NFL game that might not otherwise have the opportunity. In keeping with the NFL's tradition of giving back to the community, several Indiana non-profit organizations will benefit throughout the season. Military Ticket Requests*
Every year the Colts provide support for our troops around the globe. Military personnel requesting individual tickets can submit an Individual Military Ticket Request Form. To request tickets for an organization, please submit a Group Military Ticket Request Form.
Please understand that ticket availability is extremely limited and we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request. If we cannot provide tickets, we would be happy to send a care package on behalf of the team. Please use the Donation Request Form above to submit a care package request.
Horseshoe Dreams*
The Indianapolis Colts "Horseshoe Dreams" is a community ticket donation program that allows Colts season ticket holders to donate game tickets* to Colts fans who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience a game. The Indianapolis Colts have partnered with United Way of Central Indiana which will distribute our season ticket holders' generously donated tickets to charitable organizations throughout the Central Indiana area.
We prefer ticket donations to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to kickoff, although we will still accept these donations up until three (3) hours prior to kickoff. If you are a Colts season ticket holder, you can easily donate your tickets through your Colts ticket account online by following these simple steps:
- Log into My Colts Ticket Account using your Account ID and PIN.
- Click on "Forward your tickets to charity."
- Check the boxes next to the seats you'd like to donate, and then click "Forward."
- Select "Donate tickets to charity" and click "Continue" to complete your donation.
Once you have successfully forwarded your tickets, you will receive a confirmation receipt email from United Way within five (5) business days.
All ticket donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the deductibility. A minimum of two (2) tickets is required per donation.
