"Not as of yet, but as soon as we do, we typically will address those immediately. We should in the next 24 hours or so have some clarity on both of those issues."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if he can confirm that TE-Dallas Clark is getting a second opinion of his injury)

"I can confirm that he's being evaluated."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on what caused the injury to WR-Austin Collie)

"I'd rather not go into any extensive (detail) because then I'll start having to go through every guy, and we typically don't do that. We usually let the injury report speak for us, which we don't have to put one out this week. But as soon as we get further clearance we'll let you know."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if the team has to move forward without TE-Dallas Clark would it mean opportunities for TE-Jacob Tamme or would they take a committee approach)

"If that's indeed the case, we will have to make some adjustments, but certainly the guys that we have are the guys that we'll have to adjust and slide into position to make certain that we can fill in for Dallas."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on TE-Jacob Tamme)

"I'd like to say that he has assets that allow him to play multiple (positions). He's pretty flexible. He can play multiple positions. He can play in-line, he can play as a wide receiver, he can play in the slot. He's a pretty versatile performer."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on TE-Jacob Tamme being one of the team's leading tacklers on special teams)

"He's been quite effective in that area. He's very, very active for us."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if the team had a good two days of practice)

"We did. One of the things is that it's a delicate balancing act to try to make certain that you keep your sharpness, but yet you want to give the guys that need some rest to get a little rest, as well. Also, you want to work with some of the younger guys, too, in particular some guys that are probably going to have to play for you in the latter part of the season. We think we did indeed accomplish those things in our two days (of) work. I know the guys are looking forward to a break."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on what the team will do with the punter position for the next game)

"That's kind of what we have an opportunity to work on here. We're going through some different scenarios and looking at what our options are."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if there are any options currently on the roster)

"There's always a possibility. There's a few guys that can do it. K-Adam (Vinatieri) can do it, all three (field goals, kickoff and punting). That's one off the top of my head, but there are some options."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if he gave the players any guidance in light of what happened with P-Pat McAfee as the team broke for the bye weekend)

"It's something that we do routinely, regardless of this situation that occurred or any other. We talk about it and talk about it constantly in those areas, young and old, not necessarily just the young guys."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if P-Pat McAfee's one-game suspension was sent as a message to the rest of the team)

"The fact of the matter is, what we try and do is take each case by itself and make a determination and a decision. That's what we did in this particular case. We took all the facts and made a decision from there."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on how P-Pat McAfee looked in practice today)

"He did fine."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on LB-Clint Session)

"He's been playing pretty well, and I think a lot of it has to do that physically he feels good and I do think he's getting more and more comfortable with his position. Oftentimes it takes a few years to get to the point where you  reach your maximum potential, and he's a ways from that right now. He just keeps getting a little bit better and better all the time. But certainly capable of a lot of big plays, certainly moves around the field and makes plays for us, in terms of tackles, and I just see him getting better and better all the time."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on if he thinks the situation with P-Pat McAfee is getting too much attention)

"It's not my position to judge that. My job is to make certain that we deal with our football team, maintain some discipline (and) get them in position to win some games. The other stuff, I don't really concern myself with that much. One of the things that I've learned over the years; I talk, discuss, ponder things that I can do something about. Those that I can't, I leave them up to somebody else."

HEAD COACH JIM CALDWELL (on his plans for the bye weekend)

"I'm not certain. It's one of those things with this position, your time is not always your own. I can't always make plans, so it's kind of up in the air, but I hope to get a little bit of a break and get a chance to go see my grandsons at some point in time. Maybe it's a day, maybe it's a few hours, it just depends."
