The Contest: From 12:01 a.m. on August 13, 2018 through 12:59 p.m. on December 17, 2018 ("Contest Period"), the Indianapolis Colts will accept entries to win one prize during each of the following ten time periods: Game 1: 8/13/2018-8/17/2018; Game 2: 8/17/2018-8/24/2018; Game 3: 8/27/2018-9/3/2018; Game 4: 9/3/2018-9/24/2018; Game 5: 9/24/2018-10/15/2018; Game 6: 10/22/2018-11/5/2018; Game 7: 10/29/2018-11/12/2018; Game 8: 11/5/2018-11/19/2018; Game 9: 11/19/2018-12/3/2018; Game 10: 12/3/2018-12/17/2018.
Eligibility: Each Entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license to participate. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to enter. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Club or the National Football League (the "NFL") or any organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering or promoting the Contest or supplying the prize, won any sweepstakes or prize sponsored by Club, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and successor companies, and immediate family and household members thereof, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months in one (1) calendar year. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Club, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Contest or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of prizes.

How to submit entry – Entries for the Indianapolis Colts Fan Forum Ticket Giveaway will be accepted during the Contest Period noted above. To enter, visit and join the Indianapolis Colts Fan Forum, during any and all of the ten time periods, complete the entry form and provide the information requested. You can also enter by mail, send in a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, on which you must hand print your complete name, address (No PO Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yy), email, plus daytime and alternate telephone numbers, and the words "Indianapolis Colts Fan Forum Ticket Giveaway." Send the completed 3" x 5" paper to the club at Indianapolis Colts, 7001 West 56th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46254.
How to win: 1 Prize winner will be selected from all entrants in the Indianapolis Colts Fan Forum Ticket Giveaway for each of the ten time periods listed during the Contest Period. The winners will be determined by the Indianapolis Colts and announced on the following dates: Game 1: 8/17/2018; Game 2: 8/24/2018; Game 3: 9/3/2018; Game 4: 9/24/2018; Game 5: 10/15/2018; Game 6: 11/5/2018; Game 7: 11/12/2018; Game 8: 11/19/2018; Game 9: 12/3/2018; Game 10: 12/17/2018. If the original winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the prize, the club will award the prize to the first runner-up.
All entries must be received no later than the end of the applicable entry period. Prize winner(s) will be notified by email and must meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules. Club and their promotional agents and affiliated co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible or incomplete entries.
Prizes: One (1) pair of Colts game tickets will be given out to 1 randomly selected participant. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Value of Grand Prize is equal to, or less than, $250.
All expenses not specified above, including without limitation hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, insurance, personal services, etc., are the sole responsibility of prize winner(s). Prizes are non-transferrable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. Prize winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.
Prize winner(s) will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that: a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Club, the NFL, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and successor companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors from and against any and all harm, expense, loss, damage, liability or injury resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the Contest or awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in the Contest, b) contains the winner's agreement to be bound by Contest official rules and the decision of Club, and c) authorizes Club to use the winner's name(s), likenesses, and biographical data for advertising, promotional and any other purpose, in any media.
General Rules: Club is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines or technical failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other such information or the failure to capture any such information. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website, as solely determined by Club, will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW (AND TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THE CONTEST, IF APPLICABLE).
Should any portion of the Contest be, in the club's sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the club, corrupt or impair the administration security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, the club reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and conduct the Contest in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by the club will be posted on www.colts.com
Prizes will not be released until the club receives all required information. Failure of prize winners to provide all required information within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return the form to the club within ten (10) days of receiving the form.

Law: These Official Rules are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Indiana. By entering, each participant, along with the Club, irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana and of the United States of America located in Marion County, Indiana. Any controversy or claim relating to the Contest and/or these Official Rules shall be submitted to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Indianapolis, Indiana under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any portion of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, that portion shall be severed from the rest and shall not affect the agreement to resolve all controversies and claims through arbitration. Claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney's fees or any other damages of any kind. These Official Rules supersede any and all agreements or communications of any kind between you and Club or anyone associated with the Contest, and cannot be modified or waived except in writing and unless properly signed.
