INDIANAPOLIS – Prior to the Colts vs. Texans game on November 8, Donate Life Indiana will be collecting monetary donations to help benefit Donate Life Indiana.  Donate Life Indiana is an alliance of agencies that exists to save and enhance lives by registering organ, eye and tissue donors through the Indiana Donor Registry.

Last year, almost 29,000 lives in the United States were saved through organ transplants. However, more than 100,000 people, including more than 800 Indiana residents, are currently waiting for life-saving organ transplants. Sadly, due to the critical shortage of organs, many of these people will not get a second chance at life.

Since 1998, Donate Life Indiana, formerly known as Indiana Donation Alliance Foundation, has spread the "Donate Life" message throughout the State of Indiana. For almost 20 years, DLI has worked to increase donor designations in Indiana.

Volunteers will be stationed around Lucas Oil Stadium collecting monetary donations two hours prior to kickoff. Please consider donating to a great cause and help us make this collection a success!
