The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders and the Indiana Cheer Championship host the annual Colts Cheer Leadership Workshop every summer.

Participants will learn a routine from the Colts Cheerleaders that they can take back to their team. Participants will also have the chance to learn key topics about leadership, teamwork, community outreach, health and fitness, and motivation>
