What is Colts Connect?

Colts Connect, located inside your Colts mobile app, is a digital hub for managing all Colts membership programs, including season tickets and Blue's Club, along with their respective benefits.

Who has access to Colts Connect?

Colts Connect is currently available to each primary season ticket account holder, Blue’s Club member, Blue's Club + member and any ticket purchasers.

How do I download my Colts Connect Pass?
  1. Download or update the Colts mobile app
  2. Log into your Ticketmaster Account Manger via the Colts mobile app
  3. From the Colts app, click on "Colts Connect" button at the top of the menu screen
  4. Add your Colts Connect pass to your mobile wallet

Please note: You must be signed into your Colts account in the app through the Account Manager link to access Colts Connect Pass.

I'm unable to access my Colts Connect Pass

Make sure you are signed into your Ticketmaster account in the Account Manager section of the app. If you are signed in and unable to see your Colts Connect pass, please try logging out of your ticket account and logging back in under the Account Manager section. If you are still unable to access your Colts Connect pass, please contact the ticket office.

Is there a cost for the Colts Connect program

No. Colts Connect is FREE and exclusively offered to Colts fans!

Is my Colts Connect pass transferrable?

No. All incentives, rewards, and experiences associated with Colts Connect are exclusive to the primary account holder and are non-transferrable. Screen shots are not valid.

How can I utilize the 10% discount and/or concessions credits?

The program (excluding standard members) offers a 10% discount at Colts Pro Shop year-round but it cannot be combined with promotions or discounts. Excludes clearance items, newly released products and others.

  • Colts Pro Shop: Tell the cashier that you have a Colts Connect pass to scan at checkout, and they will tell you when to scan your pass to receive your benefits
  • Colts Concession Credit: Concession credit can be redeemed at any concession stand at Lucas Oil Stadium. Tell the cashier that you have Colts Connect at checkout, and they will tell you when to scan your pass. *Concession credit only valid for the 2024 season and does not carry over to the following season. Credit is not valid outside of Colts home games.
May I use my own caterer?

All food and beverage must be provided by the Colts' approved caterer. Please click here for a list of catering options.

How can I learn about more benefits of Colts Connect?

Make sure you have push notifications turned on for the Colts app. New benefits and special reward notifications will be sent through the app.

How far in advance should I reserve the space?

Gridiron Hall is a popular, in-demand space, so the earlier you can schedule, the better!

Who provides linens, china, glassware, and flatware?

Our approved caterers provide linens, napkins, china, glassware, and flatware.

Is there onsite parking?

There are 180 open parking spaces in the Gridiron Hall parking lot during the NFL season. Additional parking spaces may be made available on weeknights, weekends, after team Mini-Camp, and during Colts Training Camp with approval. Please encourage guests to carpool.

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

All bags are subject to search. Please refer to the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

What about inclement weather?

Race officials may, in their sole discretion, cancel, delay, or change the event in the case of extreme conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants. In case of delay or cancellation, immediate notification will be made through Indianapolis Colts Facebook, Twitter, and website. In addition, all participants will be notified via email. Should the event be canceled due to extreme weather or other conditions beyond the Colts' control, there will be no registration refunds or transfers.

If inclement weather (lightning, high winds, etc.) is forecast for race day, the Colts will post an update of the race status on Colts5K.com by 5 p.m. ET, the day prior to the event and notify all registrants via email. A second update will be posted by 6 a.m. ET, on race day. If the race is postponed on race day due to weather, the latest possible start time will be 9:00 a.m. (30-minute delay). If the race is delayed more than 30 minutes, participants will be permitted to walk the concourse and tunnel inside Lucas Oil Stadium to still "Finish on the 50-Yard Line" and receive their medals.

What if the event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, the Colts may host a Virtual 5K open to all registered participants. In such case, Finisher medals will be sent to all registered participants who participate in the Virtual 5K. All registered participants will still receive their race packets that will include t-shirt, medal and race bib. Details for the Virtual 5K will be announced via email in the event that the 2024 Colts 5K is canceled. Please note that if the Colts 5K is canceled, the Colts may postpone shipment of t-shirts, bibs, and medals to consolidate shipments.
