Indianapolis will host Jacksonville in Week 10. The Colts are 15-5 all-time against the Jaguars at home and 7-1 in their last eight meetings in Indy. Last season, Indianapolis defeated Jacksonville in the regular season finale, 28-14. Then rookie running back Jonathan Taylor finished with 30 carries for a franchise-record 253 yards (8.4 avg.) and two touchdowns. He became only the second player in franchise history to hit the 200-yard mark in a single game. Taylor tied DeMarco Murray (253) for the second-most rushing yards by a rookie in a single game in NFL history and tied Murray for the ninth-most by any player in a single game. With the performance, Taylor reached 1,000 rushing yards for the season to become just the fifth rookie in franchise history to reach that plateau and the first Colts rookie since 2006 (Joseph Addai). His 1,169 rushing yards in 2020 were the third-most in the NFL and the most by a rookie.
