INDIANAPOLIS — It's time to take a look at the unofficial snap counts from Sunday's 2018 Week 17 matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans.

With both teams needing a win in order to earn a postseason berth, stakes were high Sunday night in Nashville, Tenn., and it was the Colts that came out on fire, scoring two unanswered touchdowns. But those pesky Titans wouldn't go away, and kept cutting into the Indy lead just when it looked like the Colts might be running away with the ballgame.

A 22-yard touchdown pass from backup quarterback Blaine Gabbert to tight end Luke Stocker cut the Colts' lead to seven, 24-17, at the end of the third quarter, and the Titans looked to be headed towards a possible game-tying touchdown drive in the middle of the fourth quarter — and that's when Kenny Moore II decided he'd had enough. Moore II stepped in front of a Gabbert pass at the 9:17 mark of the final period, and Indy would go on a 10-0 run the rest of the way from there to advance to the postseason for the first time since the 2014 season.

The No. 6-seed Colts take on the No. 3-seed Houston Texans Saturday afternoon at NRG Stadium in a Wild Card round matchup. Those two teams, of course, have already met twice this season, each stealing a road victory. Indy hopes to replicate the results of its Week 14 matchup in Houston, a 24-21 Colts victory.

But before we completely move on to that Texans matchup, let's take a look at the Week 17 participation, courtesy of the NFL GSIS (Game Statistics & Information) folks:
