INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts (4-5) defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-6) today in their Week 10 matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium. Here are the updates and highlights from today's game.

FOURTH QUARTER

— The bobble by tight end Mo Alie-Cox leads to an interception by Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith Sr. Jacksonville takes over at its own 21-yard line. Alie-Cox had beat the linebacker pretty bad on the route. Unfortunate turn of events for the Colts, who have had two big drops on consecutive drives. ... But on the ensuing Jacksonville possession, Tyquan Lewis, making his NFL debut today, comes in with the big pressure and hit on Blake Bortles on third down, forcing the Jacksonville punt. Huge play by the rookie.

— Injury update: defensive tackle Grover Stewart (ankle) is questionable to return.

— Injury update: Stewart (ankle) has been cleared to play.

— Josh Lambo sneaks in a 55-yard field goal, and the Colts now lead by just three, 29-26. 4:03 remains. Can Andrew Luck and Co. find their mojo again to close this thing out?

— Adam Vinatieri misses a 52-yard attempt. Wide right. Colts lead 29-26, 2:53 remaining. Jacksonville gets the ball at its own 42.

— For a second straight game, the defense comes up with a huge clutch play late. This time, cornerback Kenny Moore II strips wide receiver Rashad Greene Sr. of the football, and it's recovered by safety Malik Hooker. The Jags were driving to at least tie the game, if not pull ahead late, at the Indy 25-yard line. What a play.

— FINAL: Colts 29, Jaguars 26.

THIRD QUARTER

— Injury update: defensive end Carroll Philips (groin) is downgraded to OUT.

— Jacksonville gets to within six. Blake Bortles finds an open Leonard Fournette for the one-yard touchdown pass. Colts' lead cut to 29-23 with 6:25 left in the third quarter. Seventeen-play, 75-yard drive that took 8:35 off the clock, and a fake field goal run play that barely resulted in a first down was huge for the visitors.

— Wide left. Josh Lambo misses his first kick attempt of the season from 52 yards out, and Indy gets the ball back at its own 42, leading 29-23 with 57 seconds left in the third quarter.

— At the end of the third quarter, the Colts lead the Jaguars, 29-23.

SECOND QUARTER

— The Jaguars clearly aren't interesting in covering No. 85 in blue to this point of the ballgame. Eric Ebron, on 3rd and 10, breaks wide open for a 12-yard touchdown pass from Andrew Luck, the tight end's third touchdown of the game (two receiving and one rushing). At the 9:19 mark of the second half, the Colts lead the Jaguars, 21-7. Ebron has three receptions for 69 yards and two scores on the day — and one rushing attempt for two yards and a touchdown.

— Injury update: defensive end Carroll Phillips (groin) is questionable to return.

— Running back Leonard Fournette with the one-yard touchdown run — but the extra-point attempt is blocked by defensive tackle/end Denico Autry. Linebacker Anthony Walker picks up the ball runs it all the way into the end zone on a sensational return, but an illegal block call on safety Corey Moore negates that play and Indy misses out on an extra two points. It's 21-13 Colts with 5:53 left in the 2Q.

— Colts had three tight ends with touchdown receptions in a single game for the first time in NFL history Week 8 against the Raiders. They're at two here just before halftime today, as Andrew Luck finds Mo Alie-Cox for the one-yard touchdown reception. Jack Doyle, you're next, pal. An offsides call on Jacksonville on the extra-point attempt, meanwhile, leads to Frank Reich deciding to go for two points; Marlon Mack runs it in, and the Colts take a 29-13 lead with 1:50 left in the first half.

— Josh Lambo's 28-yard field goal is good, and the Colts lead the Jaguars, 29-16, with five seconds remaining in the second quarter.

— At halftime, the Colts lead the Jaguars, 29-16.

FIRST QUARTER

— Jacksonville wins the opening toss, and elects to defer to the second half. So the Colts go to work. Eventually, tight end Eric Ebron breaks wide open over the top, and takes the pass from quarterback Andrew Luck, trucks the one defender in his way and dives to the pylon for the 53-yard touchdown play. It's the tight end's eighth receiving touchdown of the season, and the Colts lead 7-0 with 11:26 left in the first quarter. Seven-play, 75-yard drive that took 3:34 off the clock.

— Wide receiver Donte Moncrief, who spent the first four seasons of his career with the Colts, breaks open down the sideline for an 80-yard touchdown reception to tie the game at 7 with 2:58 left in the first quarter. That play negated a huge special teams sequence for the Colts, who saw Chris Milton make a heroic effort to dive all-out to keep a Rigoberto Sanchez punt out of the end zone, and make the Jaguars start the drive from their own 3-yard line.

— Ebron gets his second touchdown of the day — this time on the ground? Yep. On the ground. The tight end gets the handoff on 3rd and Goal from the two-yard line and punches it into the end zone for his second career rushing touchdown. Colts take a 14-7 lead at the end of the first quarter.
