AFC South Division slate on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-2) on Sunday, September 21. Kickoff at EverBank Field is set for 1 p.m. EDT.
The Colts will seek their fourth straight victory over the Jaguars, dating back to the 2012 campaign. Indianapolis leads the all-time series, 18-8, including a 9-4 mark on the road.
Last week, Indianapolis fell to Philadelphia, 30-27, on ESPN's Monday Night Football. The Colts took a 20-6 lead in the third quarter, but could not hold on for the victory as they were outscored 24-7 over the final 20 minutes of the contest.
Indianapolis totaled 169 rushing yards, led by running backs Trent Richardson (79) and Ahmad Bradshaw (70). Bradshaw also set a career-high with two receiving touchdowns on five receptions. Tight end Jack Doyle scored his first career touchdown on a two-yard pass from quarterback Andrew Luck in the second quarter. Defensively, safety Mike Adams led the Colts with eight solo tackles and cornerback Greg Toler recorded the team's first interception of the year when he picked off quarterback Nick Foles in the second quarter.
Jacksonville is coming off a 41-10 loss to the Washington Redskins at FedExField. Quarterback Chad Henne completed 14-of-28 passes for 193 yards, one touchdown, one interception and a 69.5 passer rating. Wide receiver Allen Robinson (75) and tight end Marcedes Lewis (71) led the team in receiving, with Lewis scoring the team's only touchdown of the game. Safety Josh Evans posted a game-high 14 tackles, including eight solo stops.
