The Colts on Wednesday re-signed tight end Gijon Robinson and placed defensive back Brandon King on injured reserve.


Colts Sign Gijon Robinson, Place Brandon King on IR

The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed free agent TE-Gijon Robinson, the club announced today. The Colts have placed DB-Brandon King (hamstring) on injured reserve. Robinson originally signed as a free agent with Indianapolis in 2007. He previously was waived this season on September 29.

Robinson, a third-year veteran, has started 24 of 29 career games with the Colts, totaling 28 receptions for 228 yards.

The Colts also have waived FB-Matt Clapp from the practice squad.
