Monday 7/27 - Good morning!  I woke up at 5:45 to get ready and head to work.  I work for the Tom James Company in a direct sales position as a personal clothier.  After a morning meeting and little time to organize my day, I headed out for a quick stop at the Colt's Complex.  Each girl is filming a quick bio about themselves which I believe will be available on www.colts.com later this season.    I then went back to work to visit my clients and deliver new clothes.  I left work around 5:00pm to head to my appearance for the Colts Kids Club at Ben & Ari's in Fishers.  Thankfully, this appearance was less than one mile from my home so I didn't have to drive far.  The Kid's Club Events are open to any Colts Kids Club member.  For this event, they could play put-put along with more fun and games.  Ali and I signed autographs and took photos with the kids.  After my appearance, I went home and watched the finale of the Bachelorette.  I am addicted to reality shows!!!

Tuesday 7/28 - This morning I met with my first client at 7:30am and I had a non-stop day until I got back to my office around 2:00pm.  On my way back to my office, I stopped to visit Ashli who works just down the street from me.  I thought I would just see how she's doing and catch a quick chat from my busy day.   I left work at 5:30 to head to practice.  Tonight we found out squads…FINALLY!  We will have 4 squads this year as opposed to 5 that we had in the past.  It's exciting to get your squad because they become your family for the season.  We've already nicknamed our squad the "GLAM" squad and I love it!  My husband was playing volleyball with Ali's husband so I stopped over at their house on my way home from practice and they made us dinner.  It was delicious!   After a long day, I finally went to bed around midnight.

Wednesday 7/29 - I got into the office bright and early for a meeting and then was out and about visiting with clients most of the day.  This was my only evening during the work week that I didn't have cheerleading.  So after my last client visit at 6:00pm, I went home to eat dinner, clean my house and watch So You Think You Can Dance.

Thursday 7/30 - After a long day of work, I headed to practice for our first boot camp with our personal trainers.  Cardinal Fitness is one of our sponsors so this season they are going to help us get into excellent shape.  Each Thursday we will do a 30 minute workout at the beginning of practice.   After a great workout, we continued to practice our routines for the first game.  I got home around 10:00 and I ate dinner then went to bed.
Friday 7/31 - TGIF!!!  Today I worked until about 4:30 and then got ready to head downtown for an appearance at Lucas Oil Stadium.  The Colts were holding an appreciation party for our sponsors.  Ashli and I handed out raffle tickets while we greeted guests at the front door.  After everyone arrived, we helped hand out prizes from the raffle drawing.  They gave away autographed footballs, posters, and even turf from the RCA Dome.  I had friends come into town from Chicago, Columbus, and Cleveland for the weekend so after the appearance I met them to have dinner on Mass Ave.

Saturday 8/1 - Today I slept in and it was wonderful to get some rest. I hung out with my friends all day and we had a cookout in our backyard.   In the evening, we went to the Dave Mathews Band concert at Verizon Wireless Music Center.

Sunday 8/2 - I woke up and had breakfast with my friends.  They left around noon to head home and I got ready for my Jr. Cheer practice at the Colt's Complex.  The girls started to arrive at 1:30 and we helped them check in and get name tags.  They split up by age group and I worked with the oldest girls to teach their routine.  They did an awesome job and I know our first pre-game performance for this season will be entertaining.  I then arrived back home around 4:30, relaxed on my couch for a bit, and hopped on my husband's Harley to head out to dinner.  It was a gorgeous evening and we wanted to enjoy it having dinner outside.   Less than two weeks until our first game!!  Go Colts!
