For the twelfth year, the Indianapolis Colts and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield have teamed up to present Anthem Angels... Honoring Everyday Heroes. Nominate a fellow community member that has been a "First Respondent" in outstanding service to the community through his or her civil or public service profession. Nominees may include (but are not limited to) firefighters, police officers, nurses, emergency medical technicians, social workers, education administrators and teachers.

One "Anthem Angel" will be selected prior to each 2019 Colts regular season home game. Each "Anthem Angel" will receive four (4) VIP Club Seat Tickets to the game, a feature story with his or her photo on www.colts.com, $100 concession stand voucher, $200 Colts Pro Shop voucher, a parking pass, a plaque recognizing their accomplishment, as well as a feature story in the Colts game-day magazine (the Scout) and recognition at the game.
