2012 (CHARGERS):
•    Played in 12 games (nine starts) and totaled 23 tackles, including 19 solo stops.
•    Was inactive for three games and placed on Injured Reserve prior to the season finale.

•    Notched a season-high four tackles (three solo) against Atlanta (9/23).
•    Tallied three tackles (two solo) at New Orleans (10/7).

2011 (SAINTS):
•    Signed with the Saints as an unrestricted free agent on August 2, 2011.
•    Competed in all 16 games for the fourth consecutive season, making starts in 10 contests.
•    Totaled 31 tackles, including 13 solo stops for the season.
•    Collected a season-high five tackles at Carolina (10/9).

2010 (49ERS):
•    Started all 16 games at nose tackle for the second consecutive year and notched 86 tackles (45 solo), the second-highest total of his career, including 5.5 stops for a loss, with one pass defensed and one fumble recovery.
•    Scooped up his first career fumble recovery on the Cardinals’ first play of the game at Arizona (11/29), while adding four tackles (two solo).
•    Finished with a season-best nine tackles (four solo) against Tampa Bay (11/21).

2009 (49ERS):
•    Started all 16 games for the first time in his career at nose tackle and played a big role in the run defense holding opponents to 3.6 yards per carry, which ranked third in the NFL.
•    Set career highs in tackles (88), tackles for a loss (8.5), sacks (2.0) and interceptions (one).
•    Contributed with two special teams tackles.
•    Sacked quarterback Brett Favre for a nine-yard loss in the third quarter at Minnesota (9/27).
•    Set a career-high with 10 tackles against Atlanta (10/11).
•    Sacked quarterback Peyton Manning at Indianapolis (11/1), marking the first time he had been sacked since Week 2 of the 2009 season. Also limited running back Joseph Addai to 62 yards rushing. Was named Defensive Player of the Week by Sports Illustrated's Peter King for his performance.
•    Picked off quarterback Jay Cutler against Chicago (11/12) at the 49ers one-yard line marking the first interception of his career.

2008 (49ERS):
•    Totaled 77 tackles (43 solo), two forced fumbles, 1.0 sack and one pass defensed in 16 games (15 starts). Also had one tackle on special teams.
•    Forced a fumble on running back Brandon Jacobs at the New York Giants (10/19) to go along with seven tackles for the game.
•    Sacked quarterback Chad Pennington for a six-yard loss and also finished with five tackles at Miami (12/14).

2007 (49ERS):
•    Signed with the 49ers as an unrestricted free agent on March 2, 2007.
•    In his first season with the 49ers, appeared in 14 games with 13 starts and recorded 61 tackles (26 solo), one forced fumble and a pass defensed.
•    Made four tackles and tipped a pass that resulted in an interception at the New York Giants (10/21).
•    Finished with two tackles (one solo) and one forced fumble at Seattle (11/12).
•    Recorded a season-high seven tackles (four solo) against Minnesota (12/9).

2006 (RAVENS):
•    Appeared in 14 games and recorded 23 tackles (13 solo) with one pass defensed.
•    Saw his first action of the season at Cleveland (9/24) and posted three tackles, helping limit the Browns offense to just 38 yards rushing.
•    Tallied one tackle in his first career postseason contest, the AFC Divisional Playoff game against Indianapolis (1/13/07).

2005 (RAVENS):
•    Appeared in 15 games with one start and recorded 34 tackles (18 solo), 1.0 sack and one pass defensed. Added one stop on special teams.
•    Established a then-career-high seven tackles in addition to posting his first career sack at Denver (12/11).
•    Notched his first career pass defensed at Chicago (10/23).

2004 (RAVENS):
•    Played in six games and posted seven tackles, including three solo stops.
•    Was part of a defense the ranked fourth in the AFC and sixth in the NFL in average yards allowed (300.2) and average points allowed (16.8) per game.

2003 (RAVENS):
•    Appeared in one game and recorded one solo tackle.
•    Was allocated to Frankfurt of NFL Europe and finished the 10-game season with 25 tackles, 3.0 sacks and three passes defensed as part of a Galaxy team that appeared in the championship game.

COLLEGE:
•    Finished his two-year career at Tennessee with 70 tackles and 2.0 sacks.
•    Became a starter for the final eight games of his senior season at defensive tackle, recording 56 tackles and 2.0 sacks.
•    Before going to Tennessee, was a two-way starter at defensive tackle for Itawamba (Miss.) Community College.
•    Was voted the most valuable defensive lineman among the 14 teams in the Mississippi Junior College ranks in 2000.

PERSONAL:
•    Attended Science Hill (Tenn.) High School.
•    Was an all-state linebacker, recording 180 tackles as a senior.
