In 34 career games, Andrew Luck has authored many outstanding moments for the Colts. Luck entered Saturday with 10 career comeback victories, and he performed the granddaddy of comebacks helping the Colts erase a 28-point deficit in a 45-44 Wild Card victory over Kansas City.
The Colts overcame the largest deficit in franchise history in beating the Chiefs, 45-44. Indianapolis came from 28 points down in the second half to earn a memorable win in the third-highest scoring day in NFL playoff history. When it was over, Chuck Pagano called the Wild Card victory “epic.”
The 2013 Colts cemented their own spot Saturday night in a franchise history already filled with memorable comebacks, both in the playoffs and during the regular season. The 45-44 win over the Kansas City Chiefs sends the club into the Divisional Round of the Playoffs for the first time since the 2009 season.
