2009:  Has appeared in eight games, starting five, two at LCB, two as nickel DB, and one at RCB …was inactive at St. Louis 10/25…recorded one special teams tackle vs. Jacksonville 9/13…tied for team lead with eight tackles in start at RCB at Miami 9/21…recorded seven tackles and three passes defensed in start at LCB at Arizona 9/27…started at LCB vs. Seattle 10/4 and tied for team-lead with six tackles…recorded three tackles, two special teams tackles, and had two passes defensed and one interception at Tennessee 10/11…third quarter interception was third of career…recorded two tackles and one special teams tackle vs. San Francisco 11/1…started vs. Houston 11/8 as one of five DBs…recorded three tackles and one pass defensed vs. Houston 11/8…recorded three tackles vs. New England 11/15.

2008:  Appeared in 16 games, starting final 12…started games 5-10 at LCB and games 11-16 at RCB…had 74 tackles, 56 solo, two interceptions, eight passes defensed, two FF and two FR…also had four special teams tackles, two solo…led team with 10 solo tackles and had one interception, one pass defensed and one FF vs. Baltimore 10/12…had six tackles, five solo, and one pass defensed at Green Bay 10/19…had five tackles, four solo, one pass defensed, one FF and one FR vs. New England 11/2…had 10 tackles, eight solo, one interception and one pass defensed at Pittsburgh 11/9…had four tackles, three solo, one pass defensed and one FR vs. Cincinnati 12/7…had seven tackles, four solo, and one pass defensed at Jacksonville 12/18.   Started four of eleven games at DB…was reserve DB and special teamer in remaining games…started as fifth DB at Houston 9/23, vs. Tampa Bay 10/7, vs. New England 11/4 and at Oakland 12/16…was inactive vs. New Orleans 9/6, vs. Kansas City 11/18, at Atlanta 11/22 and vs. Jacksonville 12/2…had 25 tackles, 21 solo, seven passes defensed and one FF…also ranked 3rd on team with 13 special teams tackles, 12 solo…had seasonal-high six tackles, five solo, and one pass defensed at Tennessee 9/16…had four stops in first career start at Houston…had pass defensed and FF at Carolina 10/28…had two stops and one pass defensed vs. New England….had three tackles and one pass defensed at Baltimore 12/9 and three tackles and two passes defensed vs. Houston 12/23…had four solo tackles at Houston and three stops vs. New England for top special teams performances.  POST-SEASON:  Was reserve DB and special teamer in Divisional Playoffs vs. San Diego 1/13…had two solo tackles and one pass defensed.

2006:  Appeared in eleven games as reserve DB and special teamer…had two defensive stops and four special teams tackles…was inactive at NYG 9/10, vs. Houston 9/17, vs. Tennessee 10/8, at Houston 12/24 and vs. Miami 12/31…had one defensive stop at NYJ 10/1 and vs. Philadelphia 11/26…had three specialty stops at NYJ…had one stop vs. Jacksonville 9/24.  POST-SEASON:  Was inactive vs. Kansas City 1/6 in Wild Card Playoffs, at Baltimore 1/13 in Divisional Playoffs, vs. New England 1/21 in AFC Championship Game and vs. Chicago 2/4 in Super Bowl XLI.

Three-year starter who opened 34 of 50 games…had 170 career tackles, 127 solo, 10 stops for losses, one sack, one FF, two FR, 27 passes defensed and 10 interceptions for 194 return yards…interception return yards rank fifth in school history…started 12 games as senior…was All-SEC first-team selection by Associated Press and The NFL Draft Report…had 56 tackles, 45 solo, seven stops for losses, one sack, one FF, one FR, four passes defensed and four interceptions for 79 return yards, including one TD…led secondary that ranked seventh in nation in pass defense (169.6 ypg.)…had career-high nine solo stops, one interception and two passes defensed against Vanderbilt…had six tackles and one interception against Arkansas…had six tackles and game-clinching interception against Georgia Tech…had six stops, one sack and returned interception for TD against LSU in SEC Championship Game…was part of class that earned 44 victories, most by any senior class in Georgia history…started 12 games as junior…had 37 tackles, 28 solo, two stops for losses, nine passes defensed and two interceptions…had six tackles against Tennessee and three stops and one interception against Auburn…started seven of 12 games as sophomore…had 45 tackles, 36 solo, one stop for loss, eleven passes defensed and one interception…passes defensed led team…had seven tackles against Auburn and Florida…part of defense that ranked second nationally in scoring defense (14.5 ppg.) and fourth in total defense (276.9 ypg.)…started three of 14 games as freshman…had 32 tackles, 18 solo, one FR, three passes defensed and three interceptions, including one returned for TD…was named second-team Freshman All-America and first-team Freshman All-SEC by The Sporting News…also was named to All-SEC Freshman Team by conference coaches…majored in recreation and leisure studies.

Full name is Tim Jennings…born in Orangeburg, S.C.…attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School…had 65 tackles, 45 solo, and eight interceptions, one returned for TD, as senior…also was 20-400, 3 TDs receiving and had four KOR and two PR for TDs…was all-state selection by Associated Press and was all-region Defensive Player-of-the-Year…was selected to play in Shrine Bowl…is cousin of former New York Jets DB-Donnie Abraham…single…resides in Orangeburg, S.C.
