Who Is Attending The 2017 NFL Scouting Combine?

Posted Feb 17, 2017

Intro: Lucas Oil Stadium and the city of Indianapolis will once again play host to one of the NFL’s most important off-season events. Who will be attending this year’s NFL Combine?

INDIANAPOLIS – More than 320 NFL draft hopefuls will migrate to Indianapolis in a little more than a week for the NFL’s annual Scouting Combine.

Since 1987, the city of Indianapolis has played host to the massive scouting extravaganza that helps shape the upcoming NFL Draft.

Thanks to its proximity involving hospitals, hotels, a convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium, Indy is the ideal city to play host. Last year, Indianapolis agreed to a partnership that will keep the Combine in the Circle City through at least 2020.

In 2016, nearly two-thirds of the players invited to the NFL Combine went on to be drafted.

This year’s Combine will run from February 28-March 6. Both Chuck Pagano and Chris Ballard are scheduled to meet the media during the Combine.

Here are some local ties for the prospects attending this year’s Combine:

Indiana

OG-Dan Feeney (Indiana)

RB-Devine Redding (Indiana)

Marian

WR-Krishawn Hogan (Marian, Warren Central High School)

Notre Dame

DT-Jarron Jones (Notre Dame)

QB-DeShone Kizer (Notre Dame)

DT-Isaac Rochell (Notre Dame)

Local High School

C-Jon Toth (Kentucky, Brebeuf High School)
