WHAT TO LOOK FOR – A LOOK BACK

HEATING UP: Three active quarterbacks – the Dallas Cowboys’ TONY ROMO (21-3, .875), New England’s TOM BRADY (32-10, .762) and Baltimore’s JOE FLACCO (16-5, .762) – are among the best in November and improved their winning percentages in the month among starting quarterbacks (minimum 20 starts) in the Super Bowl era.

 

Romo, who ranks first overall among the group, led the Cowboys to a 23-20 overtime win over the Cleveland Browns. Brady’s (.762) and Flacco’s (.762) November winning percentages are currently tied for fourth. Brady and the Patriots defeated the Indianapolis Colts, 59-24 on Sunday. Flacco improved his November mark with a 13-10 win at Pittsburgh on Sunday night.

YOUNG BUC: Tampa Bay rookie running back DOUG MARTIN rushed for 138 yards and had four catches for 23 yards in the Buccaneers’ 27-21 overtime win at Carolina.
