Snap Counts: Colts-Cowboys, Preseason Week 2

Posted Aug 20, 2017

Intro: The Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys met up for a preseason matchup Saturday at AT&T Stadium. What were the snap counts for the Colts players in the matchup?

ARLINGTON, Texas — The Indianapolis Colts took their latest step towards the 2017 regular season on Saturday, as they traveled to the Lone Star State to take on the Dallas Cowboys in their second preseason game of the year.

The final result was a 24-19 Cowboys victory, moving the Colts to 0-2 halfway through the preseason schedule. But from an individual standpoint, the Colts saw several more players make their 2017 debuts on Saturday after missing the opener last Sunday against the Detroit Lions, giving the coaching staff a much better opportunity to make evaluations — and institute corrections — for the team when it returns on Monday to begin preparing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, its next opponent.

But before we jump ahead to that matchup, here are the unofficial snap counts from the Colts from Saturday’s game, courtesy of the NFL GSIS (Game Statistics & Information) folks:
