Papa John's is "CHUCKSTRONG" by raising over $30,000 for Indiana University Health Simon Cancer Center.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (January 10, 2013) – Papa John’s, the Official Pizza of the Indianapolis Colts, today presented $30,020 to the Indiana University Health Simon Cancer Center raised through sales of  the CHUCKSTRONG Special throughout the month of December. The CHUCKSTRONG Special consisted of a large 5-topping pizza for $10 with $1 of each CHUCKSTRONG Special going to the IU Health Simon Cancer Center. “Like all of the Colts Fans, we were saddened to learn of Coach Pagano’s battle with cancer,” said Dan Wenz, operations vice president, Midwest region for Papa John’s “Knowing how many people are affected by cancer each year, we felt the need to help raise awareness and funding for cancer research. “Papa John’s has longstanding relationship with the Colts and we were pleased to raise these funds in honor of Coach Pagano.” As a thank you for the support of the CHUCKSTRONG fundraiser, Papa John’s is giving fans 50% Off their regular menu price online orders at on Monday, January 14th through Tuesday, January 15th at participating Indianapolis area locations.
