INDIANAPOLIS COLTS SIGN SEVEN PLAYERS TO RESERVE/FUTURE CONTRACTS

The Colts have signed seven players to reserve/future contracts.

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts today signed seven players to Reserve/Future contracts including guard Justin Anderson, cornerback Marshay Green, quarterback Chandler Harnish, tight end Dominique Jones, linebacker Shawn Loiseau, running back Davin Meggett and linebacker Monte Simmons.

Anderson, 6-5, 342 pounds, was selected by the Colts in the seventh round (208th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft. He was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list on August 27, 2012 and was activated from the list on November 19. Anderson was then signed to the practice squad on November 23 and placed on the Practice Squad Injured list on December 11.

Green, 5-10, 175 pounds, was originally signed to the Colts practice squad on October 1, 2012. He was elevated to the 53-man active roster on October 29 before being signed back to the practice squad on November 19.

Harnish, 6-2, 220 pounds, was selected by the Colts in the seventh round (253rd overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft and was signed to the practice squad on October 18, 2012.

Jones, 6-3, 255 pounds, was originally signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2012. He spent time on the Colts and Miami Dolphins practice squads this year.

Loiseau, 6-0, 239 pounds, was originally signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 14, 2012 before being signed to the Colts practice squad on November 13, 2012.

Meggett, 5-8, 215 pounds, was originally signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 14, 2012 before being signed to the Colts practice squad on December 11, 2012.

Simmons, 6-3, 226 pounds, was originally signed to the Colts practice squad on October 23, 2012. Prior to joining the Colts, he spent time with the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles.
