Colts return home to battle St. Louis Rams

The Indianapolis Colts (6-2) will return home to host the St. Louis Rams (3-6) on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. EST.

The Colts hold an all-time 23-17-2 advantage in head-to-head matchups against St. Louis, including a 14-5-2 mark at home. The game will mark the Rams’ first regular season trip to Lucas Oil Stadium, having last played in Indianapolis on Oct. 17, 2005.

Last week, Indianapolis overcame an 18-point second-half deficit to defeat the Houston Texans, 27-24, at Reliant Stadium. The comeback tied for the sixth-largest in franchise history, having most recently overcome the same deficit against Green Bay on Oct. 7, 2012.

Wide receiver T.Y. Hilton tied a single-game franchise record with three receiving touchdowns to go along with a career-high seven receptions and 121 receiving yards.

St. Louis is coming off its third straight loss, falling, 28-21, to the Tennessee Titans at home. Running back Zac Stacy posted his second consecutive 100-yard rushing performance, running for 127 yards and two touchdowns on 27 attempts. Quarterback Kellen Clemens completed 20-of-35 passes for 210 yards, one touchdown and an 84.2 passer rating in his second start of the season after Sam Bradford was placed on Injured Reserve on October 23.
