This partnership gives Colts fans a great reason to save room for dessert when dining at St. Elmo Steak House. Best known for its shrimp cocktail and steak, this savory dish consists of luscious blueberry white chocolate bread pudding, bourbon cream sauce and ice cream.
“We feel like it’s the right thing to do to help our children and community,” said Craig Huse, co-proprieter St. Elmo Steak House. “This is a great opportunity to show our blue and white pride and partner with a principled foundation.”
