In the event of an unresolved Lockout forcing the cancellation or postponement of any Indianapolis Colts home games, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with official rules. 2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of IN, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. 3. How to Enter: Complete this Official Entry form in it’s entirety including first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number (where you can be reached for prize notifications) and email address (if available) and deposit in entry box found at the Toyota Dealership. Limit of one (1) entry per person. 4. Drawings: There will be seven (7) random drawings held on or about 9/14/11; 9/21/11; 10/5/11; 11/2/11; 11/9/11; 11/23/11; and 12/14/11. One (1) prize winner will be selected at random for each drawing. Non-winning eligible entries from previous drawings will carry over and be eligible for subsequent drawings. 5. Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded for each drawing consisting of two (2) tickets for admission to the “Toyota Zone” at Lucas Oil Stadium for a 2011 Indianapolis Colts regular home game falling on the Sunday immediately following the drawing and two (2) $10.00 food vouchers to be used at the Stadium on the date of the game. ARV: $108.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $756.00. 6. Odds: Odds of winning depend upon total number of eligible entries received for the Entry Period associated with each drawing (including any non-winning eligible entries received in preceding Entry Periods).
