Eligibility: The “2011 Toyota Zone Online” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the State of Indiana who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers and employees of Sponsor, Chicago Toyota Dealers Association, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi North America, Inc., Indianapolis Colts, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void outside the state of Indiana and where ever else prohibited or restricted by law. Persons who have previously won a contest, sweepstakes or promotion of any kind sponsored by or otherwise associated with Sponsor, Chicago Toyota Dealers Association, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. within the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the start of this Sweepstakes are ineligible to participate or win.
1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 22 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 9, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. How to Enter: Visit www.colts.com/toyota (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the “2011 Toyota Zone Online Sweepstakes” link in order to be directed to the official entry form (the “Entry Form”). Then, complete the Entry Form in its entirety, including your first name, last name, telephone number, date of birth, zip code and email address. Upon clicking the “Enter Now!” button, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish throughout the Sweepstakes Period. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be obtained. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be assigned to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries. By entering, Entrants; (i) represent that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and otherwise eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes; and (ii) fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all respects.
3. Winning / Notification: On or about December 12 2011 eleven (11) prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize will be dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential prize winners will be notified by telephone or email immediately following the random drawing. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached or otherwise does not claim the prize, the selected potential prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. PLEASE NOTE: Potential prize winning notifications will not be left on answering machines if notified via telephone.
4. Prizes / Prize Conditions: Eleven (11) prizes consisting of two (2) tickets for admission to the “Toyota Zone” at Lucas Oil Stadium for the final Indianapolis Colts regular season home game against the Houston Texans on December 22, 2011 (the “Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each Prize is $158.00. The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $1,738.00. Each Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including transportation, parking, accommodations, meals and beverages, incidental expenses and gratuities. No substitution or cash redemption of Prizes is permitted. Prize winners must be available to attend the game on December 22, 2011. In the event a potential Prize winner cannot attend the game on December 22, 2011 such potential Prize winner forfeits his/her right to the Prize, no substitute prize will be awarded and an alternate Prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, time permitting. In the event of an unresolved Lockout, forcing the cancellation or postponement of the Indianapolis Colts home game associated with the Prize, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value to the Prize winners, as will be determined in its sole discretion. No additional responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for cancellation or rescheduling of the game in whole or in part (other than for purposes of a Lockout as described above). In the event of cancellation or rescheduling (other than for purposes of a Lockout) no alternate or substitute prize for such cancellation or rescheduling will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and may not be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period Prizes shall be limited to one (1) per person. No more than the number of Prizes set forth in these official rules will be awarded. All Prizes will be awarded.
5. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s or Prize winner’s consent to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, photograph, testimonials, statements, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state in advertising worldwide for promotional and publicity purposes in any media without further payment, notice, consideration or limitation.
6. General Conditions: Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on www.colts.com/toyota. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject any incomplete, inaccurate or false entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
7. Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Chicago Toyota Dealers Association, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi North America, Inc, Indianapolis Colts, Inc., the Capital Improvement Board of Marion County, Indiana, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, divisions, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, including the Independent Administrator, consultants and legal advisors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of the Prize.
8. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes; (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (vii) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries.

10. Miscellaneous: These official rules are governed by the State of Indiana in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Indiana. The parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana and of the United States of America located in Marion County, Indiana. Any controversy or claim relating to an Entrants entry and/or these official rules shall be submitted to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Indianapolis, Indiana under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any portion of these official rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, that portion shall be severed from the rest and shall not affect the agreement to resolve all controversies and claims through arbitration. Claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees or any other damages of any kind. These official rules supersede any and all agreements or communications of any kind between Entrant and the Sponsor or anyone associated with the Sweepstakes, and cannot be modified or waived except in writing and unless properly signed.
11. Official Rules / Winner's List: These official rules will be made available at www.colts.com/toyota during the Sweepstakes Period. A copy of the official rules may also be received by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received by January 31, 2012 to Indianapolis Colts, Toyota Zone/Minix, PO Box 535000, Indianapolis, IN 46253. Winner information will be made available on www.colts.com/toyota after January 1, 2012, or you may also submit a self-addressed stamped envelope to Indianapolis Colts, c/o Toyota Zone “2011 Online Sweepstakes” Winner Request, PO Box 535000, Indianapolis, IN 46253.
