Anthem Angels

During the 2012 season, the Colts and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield will honor everyday heroes through their "Anthem Angels" program by providing a VIP gameday experience at each home game.

During the 2012 regular season, the Indianapolis Colts and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield team up again to present “Anthem Angels...Honoring Everyday Heroes.” This program honored community members who have been "First Respondents" in outstanding service to the community through their civil or public service profession. Nominees include (but are not limited to) firefighters, police officers, nurses, emergency medical technicians, social workers, education administrators and teachers.

One "Anthem Angel" will be selected prior to each 2012 Colts regular season home game. Each "Anthem Angel" received four (4) VIP Club Seat Tickets to the game, a Colts Prize Pack, a gameday parking pass, a feature story with his or her photo on www.colts.com, in addition to a feature story in the Colts game-day magazine (the Scout) and on-field recognition.

The nomination period for the 2012 Anthem Angels program has ended.
